1. Turret is locked hydraulically in a 380 mm dia. GLEASON Curvic Coupling, which provides excellent rigidity and life.
2. Turret indexing function is programmed to take the shortest route, so as to reduce idle cycle time.
3. Individual Turret stations are fitted with cartridge spindles having MT or NT taper oles, which can readily accommodate various tools for drilling, boring, reaming,
tapping etc.
4. Multi-Spindle drilling attachment and 90 deg. angle drilling attachment can be easily fitted to the spindles, so as to make the turret unit more versatile.
5. High pressure rotary coolant distribution system is offered as optional item, for carrying out BTA, gun drilling, MAPAL super finishing reaming and such other work.
6. Hydraulic cylinder for clamping, as well as the coolant valve are mounted sufficiently away in the turret assembly, so as to minimize temperature effects.
